Please read these terms carefully before commissioning me! By commissioning me you have read and accept these terms.As a side note during con season will have less slots! (at most 3)COMMISSION REQUESTS
✦ I will only open 3-5 slots per commission type at a time (eg. Chibi 0/5, Icon 0/5)
✦ I reserve the right to reject any commissions for any reason.
✦ Please provide ALL detailed information and references for all commissions.
✦ Any important updates will be seen on my IG first then updated on my VGen. If there's no updates on my VGen, please check my IG as I'm most active there!

MONETIZED CONTENT
✦ Additional cost will be made for monetized content. The estimate will be given after discussion with the artist and will be included in the total payment before each commission.PAYMENTS
✦ Full payments will be done upfront through Vgen.
✦ Commissions begin once full payment is received.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
✦ Surprise-me commissions: Please allow 1-5 weeks for art, since this is my first time doing commissions I'm still figuring out this out. This also allows for buffer time for unexpected events.
✦ Normal commissions: Please allow 1-3 months as these may take longer.
✦ I will be working based on order priority. You can request your waitlist number by messaging me on VGen! Finished work will be emailed with order information.REVISIONS
✦ "Surprise-me" commissions won't have any revisions unless there are mistakes. Free of charge.
✦ Normal commissions have 2 free of charge revisions, any more after that is an additional charge of $5. Mistakes are not charged.USE

Commercial use - ×INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
✦ I as the artist, reserve all rights to use finished product for promotional/portfolio purposes (will be watermarked).
✦ Ownership of commissioned work is given after customer received, I still must be credited for artwork.
✦ NO AI, NO NFT. Any use of AI and NFT is strictly prohibited. If found to be used, the customer will be blacklisted and cannot request any future commissions.
✦ All artwork and commssions done must credit me.REFUNDS
✦ NO refunds unless I am unable to complete the commission.
✦ Partial refunds are accepted depending ONLY on the amount of work done.COMMUNICATION
